There are many myths in circulation concerning the Christian fast. However, Believers need not be confused because the Holy Bible is clear. I shall investigate what is a Christian fast; where to fast; and what activities do we embrace while we conduct our Christian fasting? There are two basic ways to approach a Christian fast: as a body of Believers (the church), or as an individual.
